Objective of the Position
• Responsibility of Sales and Business Development for BNFS Vertical in the assigned market
• Develop Sales Plans and Strategies to obtain maximum sales volume working cohesively with the Pre-sales, Customer Support, Marketing, Solutioning team & Regional Leadership Teams.
• Co-ordination with onsite Sales/Delivery Head for Client meetings and closures
• Responsibilities include monitoring & managing a healthy pipeline in the sales funnel
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Manage Business Development (for BPO/KPO only)
• Identification of new Market/ Market Segmentation. Strategy/ Relationship.
• New Business Initiative and Ramp up for new markets/ Start of the European Market operation
• Responding to RFI/ RFP/ F2F meeting/ Requirement gathering and Analysis/ Solutions
2. Management Reporting- Reporting to the CEO on a regular basis – Provide inputs for Business/Sales strategy
3. People Management - Working relationship with a team Sales Managers/ Lead Generators/ Support Staff/ SMEs/ Soultioning experts/Transitions/Operations
4. Key Account Management/Client Servicing. Relationship Management with clients and value added offerings with increased level of Customer understanding and effect deeper penetration leading to business growth
